Sirpeterstore.com offers a 3-year warranty on all its products.

Returns

To make a return because you notice a defect in the product or because you simply no longer want it, as long as the item has not been opened or unsealed, you will have 14 calendar days to return it at no cost to you.

You can request an exchange or return through the contact form indicating your name, order number and the reason for the return.

intimate products

For hygiene reasons, most of our products cannot be returned once they have been unsealed, except for those that are not considered “intimate items”. These products include the label “intimate items” on the product sheet.

All products have a guarantee against any manufacturing defect. If you detect any problem, please contact us through the contact form indicating the order number and product.

Devolution costs

According to current regulations in the European Union, exchange and return costs are covered in cases of use of the warranty. Delivery times

Orders are shipped by express transportation. Order preparation time is only one day. All orders received before 12:00 will be sent the same day and those received later the next business day (Monday to Friday). You can take the following delivery times as an approximate reference:

• Peninsular Spain: 24/48 hours.
• Insular Spain: 48/72 hours.
• Rest of the EU: 4-5 days.
• Rest of the world: 8-15 days.

These times are approximate and should only be taken as a reference.
